Recently we watched That Sugar Film as a family. I recommend it. Soon after I was invited to do a 3 day sugar detox. I took the challenge (with the exception of some white potatoes and Shakeology) and am the better for it. I intend to continue the journey and limit my sugar intake. In case you’re interested in the food list here it is.
I feel better. I don’t crave sugar yet. I’m on day 7.
